Delivery
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. On average orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, Some are even delivered next working day, however we cannot guarantee this. However, we do ask to allow up to 7 working days incase of issues out of our control.
Delivery Times & Locations
Most deliveries are completed within 2–3 working days from dispatch.We deliver to most mainland UK addresses; however, we do not currently deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Channel Islands or other offshore locations
Please note: Deliveries are to the main entrance only. Our couriers are not insured to carry items into your property.
Tracking & Communication
Delivery times are typically between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. You will receive a tracking link via SMS, so please ensure a mobile number is provided at checkout. If you miss a delivery, you can reschedule directly with the courier.
Batch Matching
Panels are manufactured in batches, and colours or patterns may vary slightly between batches. If you need matching panels for an ongoing project, please inform us prior to placing your order, it is down to the customer to notify us of a particular batch. If no batch is provided, we will supply the current batch that we’re running, We are not liable for batch discrepancies.
Inspecting Your Order
We strongly recommend checking your delivery upon arrival. Please do not book installers until your full order has been delivered and inspected. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of missing, delayed, or damaged items.

Sample boxes are larger than standard samples (minimum A5) and provide a more accurate representation of product texture and colour. Delivery costs apply. Each sample order includes a discount code redeemable against a future purchase, the sample code is greater than the price paid for the sample delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Returns – 30 Days
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within 30 working days of receipt, provided the items are:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Returns are at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for courier service. You are responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
A 20% restocking fee (based on the original sales value) will apply to all returned goods. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, the restocking fee may be waived.
Returns Process
To arrange a return, please email info@floorstowalls.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect
Do not return items without prior contact, as this may delay your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All issues with damaged, faulty, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email photos and details to info@floorstowalls.co.uk. Once we receive evidence, we will either replace the affected items or process a refund.

Additional Notes
- Do not cut panels outdoors or in direct sunlight, as this can cause discolouration.
- All cut edges and joins must be sealed with silicone to prevent moisture ingress.
