Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, or offshore locations.

Some Scottish postcodes may be classed as Highlands by couriers. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area. Delivery to restricted or extended areas may take longer and may require a separate delivery quote.

Delivery Information

Please provide an up-to-date mobile number at checkout so we can pass it to the courier or to our driver. Tracking information is normally sent by text.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. We try to use own own fleet as much as possible to limit damages, please allow 1–10 working days for delivery depending on the delivery option selected.

Deliveries can take place between 7am and 9pm. A signature will be required unless you have authorised a safe-place delivery. We cannot provide exact delivery times or specific time slots but always try our best to accommodate.

Our drivers and couriers deliver to the main entrance only, as they are not insured to enter your property. If the courier is unable to deliver, you will usually be able to contact them to arrange re-delivery.

Important Installation Notice

Please do not book your installer until your order has arrived and you have checked all items for shortages, incorrect products, or damage. We cannot be held responsible for installer fees, delays, or cancellation costs.

Panels should not be cut outside in direct sunlight, as this may cause discolouration. This guidance is included in the Care & Maintenance instructions provided with your order. Panels cut outside are not covered by warranty.

Batch Information

Our products are manufactured in batches. If you require the same batch as a previous order, please contact us before ordering so we can check availability. we also have a notes section at checkout, please enter the batch required in there.

If no batch is specified, we will ship the current available batch. Slight colour or shade variations may occur between different batches.

Samples

Our samples are free; you only pay the postage via our chosen courier. Tracking is provided.

Our samples are larger than average, we try to give a sample size of A4, to help you see more of the design, colour and finish before ordering.

Your sample box will include a discount code that refunds your sample postage — and more — when you place an order.

Returns

You may return your product, unused, within 30 days of receiving your order.

Packaging and security seals must remain intact. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item or items have been received and checked.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@floorstowalls.co.uk. Please include clear images of the issue so we can review it and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Photographic evidence is required for courier claims. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we have received and reviewed the information provided.

F2W Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Please always obtain a Certificate of Posting. We strongly recommend using a signed-for delivery service when returning goods.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to cancelled, excess, or unwanted orders once goods have left our warehouse. The restocking fee is calculated at 20% of the original sale price of the returned items.

If the goods have not left our warehouse, no restocking charge will be applied.
